The main opal colours are bright green with yellow flashes and neon blue.The crystal layer of colour is full face with a small intrusion of ironstone backing. The colour is underlain in part by black manganese silicate. An easy gem stone to set as a near oval. The ironstone base here is very solid ironstone.
