Notes:	This is a competition cabochon I did many years ago in the mists of time and from memory it achieved a close second in the aesthetic appeal specified material "agate", open division. There is very stiff competition in this section of competition with some really fantastic Agate Creek agate on show. Biut this porcelainous agate material , Galah (aka Cocatoo) Agate takes a very high polish with little or no undrecutting and as I'm told this material is unique to the Agate Creek field area aptly named "The Pink Patch". This particular cabochon has amazing and beautiful rich pink bands surrounded by creamy white bands ....striking and dramatic' A discount is being offered for a limited time to celebrate the website launch. The flat back of this cabochon as with all competition cabs that I do are hand lapped on various sheets of glass with a slurry of silicon carbide progressing up tp 1600 grit or 2600 grit before polishing with cerium oxide.
