Notes:	This cabochon came from the broken nodule of deep purple chalcedony taht a miner friend found in very rugged terrain near Tyalgum NSW. this is one of three cabochons of this King Purple material that I've cut so far with maybe three more coming with a lot of cleanup to get perfect or near perfect clean pieces for further cutting. BPGem 004A (see notes there) and BPGem 005A are sister cabs already done. This cab is perfectly clean deep purple chalcedony ...it does have a very feint "growth line" in the low back dome but this can only be seen when examined closely using a strong light to "candle" it.....in reflected light it is completely invisible. A price reduction from $AU25 per ct to $AU22 per ct is given as I always discount a stone with even the smallest flaw...flaws are not raw cracks but other internal impefections. Raw minor cracks never make the cut for me except in very exceptional circumstances.
